Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazin announce the recruitment of undergraduate students on the new Master of Science program "Ecogeochemistry of oil and gas" 

Rector's order on the opening of specialization

On 3 of June 2015 by rector of Kharkov national university of V.N. Karazin a two-year master's specialization "Ecogeochemistry of oil and gas" was created on the base of chemical, ecological departments and faculty of geology, geography, recreation and tourism.

 

Skype conference with British colleagues

The Skype conference took place on the 19-th of February, 2015. It was devoted to  issues of educational and scientific cooperation among Keele University (UK), British Council in Ukraine and V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

Webinar "Opportunities for cooperation in the field of alternative energy between Ukraine and the United Kingdom"

November 14, 2014 a webinar on "Cooperation in alternative energy between Ukraine and the United Kingdom" took place. The event was held in projects "Alternative energy, education and science" and "Assessment of the environmental impact of product and use of unconventional hydrocarbons", funded by the British Council. The event was organized by the School of Ecology, Department of Chemistry and Department of Geology, Geography, recreation and tourism of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

Visit of the university delegation to the UK on energy and environment issues

From 20 to 29 October 2014 a delegation of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, which included the Dean of the faculty of chemistry Prof. O. M. Kalugin, Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Dr. G. V. Titenko, Dean of the Faculty of Geology, Geography, of recreation and tourism Prof. V. A. Peresadko visited the universities of Kiel and Durham in the UK. The visit took place within the British Council on energy and environment issues associated with the extraction of hydrocarbons.
